What was the highlight of ZEN Rooms Valencia St.

Excellent choice in Puerto Princesa!

Spacious and modern room, big bathroom with HOT water (!!!), quiete even if on a busy street, very attentions staff, high speed Internet.

The water from the shower doesn’t go away easily, therefore the bathroom becomes quickly a big bath! Breakfast place is on the roof top. It has a view from the bay but also a lot of noise coming from the street.

Great location and great budget hotel.

Comfortable bed, great AC, fast internet and close to the mall and airport.

The accommodation was right off a main road which made it very noisy. But the noise eventually died down as it got later in the night.

You get what you pay for. Its cheap soo... They need to wipe everything and maybe paint their bathrooms.

Great budget hotel

Great location ....close everything. Jollieebee underneath the hotel and chow king across the road , coffee shop upstairs . Staff were so very helpfull and friendly .I would definately stay here again.

No bottled water in the room upon checkin but not a biggie .

Ok for a night, just hope you don't get unlucky with the doorknobs

My partner liked the mattress. The location was good, not too far from the airport. One can walk to the baywall, the church and plaza cuartel. There's a mall and food establishments nearby too.

We got locked out of our room due to a defective doorknob which apparently wasn't the first time it happened. We were going to the firefly watching and wanted to change clothes and put insect repellant but due to the incident, we weren't able to do so. My partner voiced his concern but he was just told to buy insect repellant. I know the staff was doing what was needed to get the door opened but a bit more thoughtfulness since this issue was caused by the defective facilities would have been appreciated, especially since my partner is dead scared of getting malaria which almost ruined our night at the firefly watching. Apart from this, I personally found the layout of the room strange. No lamp in front of the mirror in the room and no mirror in the bathroom.

We travelers inn is a very good hotel, with friendly staff and nice rooms. Their structure is clean, spacious and it offers a very nice terrace bar. Zen Rooms, on the other hand, is just an operator that charges extra fees: book on we traveler's inn directly!

You will stay at the we traveler's in (zen rooms only subrent some of their rooms). But then Zen Rooms applies +12% VAT and +10% service fees that are not stated on booking.com: nobody will tell you and they will directly charge on your credit card the higher amount without giving you any receipt. When you call to complain (there are only we traveler's inn staff at the hotel) they are not helpful at all and they pretend they don't hear you after a while. A real scam! Better booking directly at we travelers inn, where the staff is super nice and helpful and they have transparent prices.

Good for a night stay

Near airport, relatively clean, booked my underground river tour through them and it went good. Water pressure and hot water were good.

It’s confusing that you stay at a completely different hotel when you book, “We Travelers Inn.” Situated on the noisiest and busiest street possible. I don’t really think it’s worth the price though, because with taxes and fees it gets to be pricy

I like the location.

I like the location.. and staff.. their good.. as well as the cafeteria @the rooftop.. And the Beef Tapa.... the best ive taste, and they gave special discount for room guests..

Just one thing i dont like is the restroom @306. Water stuck in the middle.. and the ceiling as an open hole.. i dnt knw whats that for but its inconvenient.. overall the hotel is good..

The area around the hotel is not very nice.

The area around the hotel is not very nice. Its a lot of loud traffic and noise and not many restaurants or cafés. You cant walk around so you have to go by trike och taxi to restaurants etc, if you know where to go.

Very good location and big, basic rooms.

Rooms were very big and the A/C worked very good. The location is very good, only a 2min walk to the big mall down the road, which is HUGE, lots and lots of restaurants..

Floor was a bit dirty, lots of floor space in the room and it seemed to be very dusty / dirty..
